Sacred Space: Soundbath

Join us on Sunday, September 14th at 6pm for a deeply immersive Sound Bath experience designed to guide you into profound relaxation and inner harmony.

We’ll begin with a guided meditation to help you settle into the space, followed by pranayama (breathwork) to release tension and invite a sense of calm. From there, you’ll be enveloped in the healing vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls and other sacred Tibetan instruments, allowing the soothing frequencies to wash over you, bringing balance to your mind, body, and spirit.

This practice offers a chance to unplug, reset, and reconnect with yourself on a deeper level. Whether you’re seeking stress relief, emotional release, or simply a moment of peace, this session is here to support your well-being.
