Sacred Space: Soundbath

Join us on Sunday, October 19th at 6pm for a deeply immersive Sound Bath experience designed to guide you into profound relaxation and inner harmony.

We’ll begin with a guided meditation to help you settle into the space, followed by pranayama (breathwork) to release tension and invite a sense of calm. From there, you’ll be enveloped in the healing vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls and other sacred Tibetan instruments, allowing the soothing frequencies to wash over you, bringing balance to your mind, body, and spirit.

This practice offers a chance to unplug, reset, and reconnect with yourself on a deeper level. Whether you’re seeking stress relief, emotional release, or simply a moment of peace, this session is here to support your well-being.

Natalie Ventura: Yin & Pin

Emboy rest and calm with 2 hours of yin yoga and acupuncture. As the days get shorter and colder, nature is inviting us inwards to restore and regenerate. Be guided by certified yoga instructor Natalie through a slow and mindful movement practice that restores muscles and regulat4es the nervous system; paired with acupuncture by Dr. Alexandria Henriques, DAc. here at Acupunk NYC in Metuchen.
