Initial Visit

75-min treatment (acupuncture + a modality)

As part of the first visit, you and Dr. Henriques will sit down together to thoroughly discuss your health history and treatment goals. Evaluation involves a physical examination which includes tongue and pulse diagnosis. An acupuncture treatment will be provided during the visit.

By the end of your session, you will have a clear understanding of your healing journey. As part of your experience, you may also receive cupping or gua sha, along with recommendations regarding diet and lifestyle.

Follow-Up Visits

45-min treatment (acupuncture + a modality)

Healing is a personal and unique experience. The duration of treatment can vary according to the chronicity of the condition. Most patients report relief after one or two sessions. 

Through a preventive and curative treatment plan, Traditional Chinese Medicine seeks to correct the underlying cause of disease. Making acupuncture part of your lifestyle is the best preventative practice.

Massage/Reiki

60-90min options + Cupping, Aromatherapy, Gua Sha or Biomat Add-On options

Our massage therapists offer a range of services: therapeutic massage, sports massage, craniosacral therapy, pre-natal/post-natal massage and Reiki. To learn more about each service, click the booking link below. The duration of a treatment plan will vary according to chief complaint; it is typically advised to incorporate massage monthly.
